How does purchasing a watch work?
Select View watch, review the piece, then choose your Preferred payment method and select Purchase Now. If credit card is offered and selected, you continue to Shopify for a temporary authorization hold. Wire, Zelle and Unsure open a request with the selected watch and payment preference. Our team follows up to confirm the details. Sending a request does not take payment or reserve the watch.
When is my card charged?
Card checkout authorizes a temporary hold rather than an immediate charge. Luxury DNA contacts you to arrange secure ID verification and a signed authorization, then captures payment only after approval. Shipment follows payment verification. Your bank determines when a canceled or expired authorization hold is released.
What is your authenticity commitment?
Luxury DNA guarantees the authenticity of every watch it sells. Contact us for the inspection details available for the watch you are considering.
Are replaced or aftermarket parts disclosed?
Known replacement, service, or aftermarket components are disclosed in the listing or discussed before purchase. If originality is especially important, ask us to confirm the details of the specific watch.
Can I see a watch in person?
Private viewings may be arranged by appointment. Contact us first so availability and visit details can be confirmed before you travel.
Can Luxury DNA source a specific watch?
Tell us the brand, model, reference, preferred condition, and budget. Luxury DNA will review the request and discuss whether it is a search the team can take on. Contact Luxury DNA with the details.
Do you accept trades?
Trade-ins are considered case by case, and Luxury DNA does not offer consignment. Contact Luxury DNA to discuss a trade.
